All goods offered for sale from the Little Acorn Shop are clearly marked with their prices and anticipated delivery times.
Subject to certain conditions as detailed below,
the Company is willing to refund the purchase price of any item purchased from us provided
it is returned in perfect condition, with it's original packaging if applicable,
within a reasonable period of time.
This offer does not apply to goods purchased or manufactured to special order,
or to licensed products such as music CDs, videos and computer software if their
packaging has been opened.
Goods found to be faulty or damaged will be replaced (if stocks permit) or their purchase
price will be refunded, according to your wishes.
Any goods we supply continue to belong to us until we receive full payment for them.
